Who we are
ATJ Consultancy Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this website.
What we collect
When you contact us, request a discovery call, complete the readiness scorecard or purchase an audit, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, work email, organisation and the details of your enquiry — together with the technical information needed to operate the site securely. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics data
Optional analytics are only enabled if you consent through our cookie banner. Where enabled, we collect aggregated, IP-anonymised usage measurements such as pages viewed and key actions taken. No analytics event contains your name, email address or free-text enquiry content.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by ATJ Consultancy Ltd. We retain only the transaction reference and purchase record needed to deliver and account for your order.
Third-party provider websites
When you follow a link to a third-party provider you leave this website. Those providers are independent organisations and are separate data controllers. Their own privacy notices and cookie policies apply to anything they collect, including any referral tracking, cookies or similar technologies they use. We do not control and are not responsible for their practices, and we recommend reviewing their notices before creating an account or purchasing.
Managing your cookie preferences
Analytics and marketing technologies are switched off by default and are never activated before you give consent. No optional boxes are pre-ticked. You can accept all, reject all or manage each category individually, and you can change your decision at any time using or by reading our cookie policy.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, deliver services you have purchased, and arrange any follow-up you have requested. Our lawful bases are typically legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries), contract (delivering purchased services), consent (optional marketing and analytics) and legal obligation (accounting records). We keep data only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run this website and our business — for example hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing providers — each acting under contract on our instructions.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Contact hello@atjconsultancy.co.uk to exercise these rights or to raise a concern.
Complaints
You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data.
